Our room was on the ground floor , only a short walk to our car very convenient for our travelling companions

The rooms need a clean !

The hotel was OK but do be aware the breakfast is very poor so don't expect anything tasty all they had was dried cake coffee & orange, the room had aircon but was very noisy and the room was very basic, I would expect more for the money & the rooms need a clean.

Dear Customer, Our "mediocre" breakfast consists of: viennoiserie cooked by the minute just like our bread and perennial pasta, yoghurt with nature fruit, compote, organic compote and cooked in cauldron, organic cereal, gluten free, various organic jam, orange juice, apple juice , fresh fruit, fruit salad, cottage cheese, cold meat platter, cheese, spread, sandwich bread, mini pancakes, cake ... for a price of 9.90 euros served as an all-you-can-eat buffet ... We booked a disabled room for our friend who cannot walk over 6 months ago. No room available when we arrived so he could not wash or go to the toilet! Staff not interested and blamed in on Expedia who we booked with. Staff were rude and uninterested in our predicament. When we got home claimed we lost a key and not paid room tax ?? Second bad experience with Campanile and we will never use them again Bad, bad customer service!!

Dear Madam, Being in reception the morning of your departure I was more consciliant with your situation! Indeed, on expedia you have booked a room with two beds disabled malehureusement as I explained these rooms do not exist in our establishment and I apologized while this is not my responsibility. Then, and yes you are with the keys and we had to pay 250 euros locksmith but more you are held without even presenting you in receipt deposited your keys and pay your restaurant bill in the amount of 52 euros because you have consumed alcohol as well. And the same morning I still ran on the parking lot with you and all your friends for you to pay your breakfast and tourist tax otherwise you would be left without paying. But unfortunately I did not manage to call everyone because I was short of money for the catering bill. Looking forward to your call for payment! cordially
