The beds were comfy, room spacious, breakfast good.
This place could be made very special with some extra TLC.

There was no porter offered to help 2 OAPs one disabled.

We booked for bed only, when we arrived we were informed we had paid for bed and breakfast via Expedia. We only wanted yo pay for bed as we were meeting our family for a birthdsy breakfast st their hotel.
Not impressed with Expedia

Bathroom needed re-furb.

Nice hotel with pleasant communal areas, pool, well equipped gym. Our room was really large and had been decorated recently. The building dates from Victorian times but kept clean and up to date. Would return.

there seem to be an atmosphere with the staff. none looked happy and seemed they didn't want to be doing their job.
stayed in room 202 but the shower did not work properly and the mirror light did not work

It is very good value for money and it is dog friendly,a great hotel for touring North Wales and the staff were great
