"Ok so let me start, the location of this hotel is accent and I don’t think it can be beat, the breakfast was top notch and actually the best hotel breakfast we had on our trip. There’s really nothing bad can say about this hotel, staff was very friendly and tried to help with any question I had.. so pretty much 10/10"

"This is the perfect location for a good price in Kyoto. It seems to be a recent construction, as the materials and finishes look modern and new. We were not looking for extensive amenities such as gym, shops, etc. We stayed for 7 nights in order to carry out daily trips from Kyoto while still enjoying the city during late afternoons. The breakfast buffet is great, lots of traditional and non-traditional foods served from 6:30am, which was a plus to start early our days. The rooms extremely quiet, clean, and the rooms big for Japan standards. The bathroom was even larger than expected. The shower is a separate room with an integrated tub which was a good surprise. The 7-eleven connected to the hotel is super convenient for late snacking. So we were extremely satisfied as it is so close that made everything so convenient. Highly recommend if this is what you are looking for!"

We stayed in a suite and the room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed and high quality amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout our visit. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very attentive. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated to major attractions. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Kyoto again. "
