Disney's Hollywood Hotel

Disney's Hollywood Hotel

8/10 Good
"Compared with last year, the service quality has unfortunately gone downhill. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast buffet. The staff appeared cold and lacked enthusiasm, and they were slow to clear used plates, making the dining experience less enjoyable. I hope the hotel will improve its customer service to match the Disney standard that guests expect."

It’s beautiful and clean with an amazing view!! Easy to get taxi MTR and other public transportation. It’ll be my go to hotel from now on"
