Very nice hotel but the mattress of the bed is a bit too hard.

We stayed for two days. On Expedia, the hotel was advertised as dog-friendly. We checked in with our dog. 2 days later, upon checkout, the hotel slapped $100 dog charge on us. We were not made aware of this charge prior to checking in, as there was no mention of it on the Expedia. As I informed the clerk of this fact, I was told that I needed not to have relied on Expedia and looked on the hotel website. Not only does the staff not know the meaning of « hidden charge », their idea of customer service is quite deficient. The haggled for everything, from breakfast to a bottle of water. And this after we paid the $250 per night! Not recommending this hotel, and planning to dispute the hidden dog charge. Small-time pettiness is their philosophy.

Renovated room with a Murphy bed. Very clean and a good sized room. However the Murphy bed did not go up so we had one desk chair and the bed to sit on. Also the drains in the bathroom drained very very slowly. There is a clear glass table in a sitting area in the lobby that's kind of hard to see if you are not looking directly at it. I end up falling over it cutting and bruising my shin.
