They are doing a lot of remodeling.

Would have loved a few different options for breakfast. Like perhaps yogurt or fruit.

They are in the middle of renovation and the workmen respected the “quiet time” hours. Also, I previously stayed here before the renovation and they are doing a fabulous job

It was okay, under some construction, the ice machine was broken, but the staff brought us up a bag of ice. That was nice.

Our ice machine is also scheduled to be fixed or replaced, we are waiting on a technician to come and take a look at it. This property is under construction. I was among the few guests other than a crew from a copper mine that is living there and it was clear that work was being done. I would not have booked here if I’d known that.

Property is under renovation. The new rooms are very clean with great amenities.

The property is being renovated and is looking good. Beds are great, noise between rooms is virtually non existent, in my experience. Other than a very minor concern with a construction crew staying there, this is shaping up to be a nice property. See you next week!

I had asked for a downstairs room, because I had a disabled senior. When I got there only rm I could get was upstairs. Had to take my sister in law up stairs (with 1 leg) up to flight s of stairs! Good thing there was a couple staying there that helped me! Then 2 doors down the guys had their music the loudest they could have it. Asked them to lower it,but they said they could play it up to 10:00! After that there was loud arguments and fighting! Never ,ever again!!

We want you to know that we take these issues very seriously, we have addressed the noise complaint with both the guest responsible for the noise and the employee who was on shift. We do not allow loud music or noise of any kind at our hotel, we expect all guests to be respectful of each other at all hours of the day. We apologize that you had to deal with that, we now have all employees on shift checking for noise throughout the day from now on. As for the downstairs room request, we would have absolutely put you on the bottom floor if we had the room to do so but because of renovations we did not have the room availability for the day you came in. We're very sorry about that but we only have so many rooms available on the bottom floor. We hope that in the future you will give us another chance to do right by you. We are underway with renovations and the entire property is receiving upgrades both inside and out. We'd love the opportunity to give you a much better experience and again, we're very sorry you did not enjoy your stay.
