Staff was always accommodating and awesome. Friendly assistant manager, maintenance staff and housekeepers and the lady that does the breakfast. Would recommend to families for sure.

I was asked $200 dollars in deposit, this is nor rhe first time I use a hotel or expedia, other hotels always ask $50-$100 dollars deposit, they put a hold on my card and they have not reimbursed yet. I called the hotel and told me this will take 7-10 days to be release in my card. I also asked for a receipt and they declined telling me that I used a third party and I will have a receipt with expedia. Something fishy is with this hotel

Just to confirm, we do require a 200 incidental hold for third party reservations, and it is listed on the booking website. Unfortunately, it is standard that it will take 3-7 business days to reflect back on your account depending on your bank. We wish it was quicker and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. In addition, when you book through a third party, they are required to provide you with the receipt of the charges. However, I have looked into this for you and your deposit was refunded on the day of check out. We hope that you will stay with us again and we aim to give you a better experience. Areas did not smell clean. Unpleasant odor in halls.

In my room the TV not working properly I have to call for kitchen garbage and kitchen pot and 40 bags
