Shower flooded the bathroom, asked for more towels and housekeeping brought us some that all were very stained and whatever chemical they use on their sheets caused a face rash on my entire family that stayed there

Filthy hot tub, no chairs around pool area, ice machine not working, not enough tables for guests to sit and have breakfast. Booked two rooms and they could not be together, and then when we got the rooms they were dirty.

Once we arrived at the motel it took forever to get checked in, so many people in front of us in line had complaints of keys not working, no lighting (lamps) in their room or getting the wrong room all together. When we finally received our room keys, we drove to the back of the building and entered a dirty room that had not been cleaned from the last people that stayed there. Had to get back in the car and go back to the office in order to get another room. The second room was clean and somewhat pleasant, Later that evening we tried to get ice and the ice machine was broken and what did fall out had disgusting chunks of something in the ice. The hot tub was a cesspool of what can only be described as children’s urine as there were tons of screaming kids sitting in it , it was a greenish yellow water. The pool area had literally three pool chairs for the entire building. breakfast the following morning consisted of powdered water eggs, gray sausage or cereal. I guess you get what you pay for. My family and I will definitely not be staying at this location again.

Homeless all around the property, not clean and didn’t seem safe. I will pay more next time not to stay here again.

Room was neat and clean. Linen, beddings and towels smelled fresh and looked clean. Bathroom, bathroom sink and counter as well as the surface areas of the room were all clean. My only issue was with the unconventional toilet with the water reservoir cover removed and the flushing mechanism situated inside. It was a little unplesant to look at especially since the water kept on flowing and going down the overflow valve. I understand the intention to have a low flow flush system but unfortunately it does not work. You have to flush several times and it still does not clean the bowl fully. Plus the running water kept us awake most of the night until we shut off the water supply completely.

People living in the rooms and partying in the parking lot, some sleeping in their cars, no security, walking on the floors made my socks black!
