When given our room the door lock was broken so we told management this and they shut the door and said someone will look at it but we would still be in the same room but when we said we were uncomfortable being in a room with a busted lock they complained before giving us a new room.

I had a great experience. The staff were nice and made sure I was ok throughout my trip. My room was super clean with no bugs.

Check In was easy, the door to the room would not close properly and required it to be manipulated to lock it and room smelled like cigarettes especially when the air was turned on. Homless people were lingering outside and made coming and going uncomfortable getting in and out of your car. I was unable to get After Hours assistance because no one answered the phone provided outside the office.
