This property was extremely clean and the staff was amiable. The breakfast was self-serve,had many choices, and my husband made his own waffles! The coffee at breakfast was very good but the pods that were left in our room were terrible! All in all we had a great stay!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. We appreciate that the hotel is pet friendly, big points for that, but they only clean with brooms not vacuums which makes it difficult to remove the pet hair from rooms. Not sure why they opted for this. We ended up sweeping and dusting our own room on a two-night stay and were charged $100 'pet fee' ($25per pet, per night), which we thought was unreasonable considering we cleaned our own room the first night. We were told that they'll only offer room service if you request it. But if you do not request cleaning service they still charge you the pet cleaning fee for the day. This, we did not appreciate. Heads up, ask about the contract you need to sign for your pets before you book. Other than that, the room was fairly quiet despite the construction zone outside and the highway behind the building. Windows do a decent enough job blocking the noise and it helps to turn on the a/c.

Thank you for your feedback. The fee we charge for the pet is not for cleaning the room is for having the pet in the room. It is like having additional people in your room. We are happy to hear that the construction and highway did not affect your stay.

Everything was 0. The minute I got onto my floor, it reaked of cigarettes. The bathroom ceiling was leaking water. The walls are pealing. This hotel is just completely a waste of money. I will never return again.

My neighbor kept me up all night. I called the front desk and nothing was able to be done about it.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced due to the noise from the neighboring room and the subsequent disturbance it caused during your stay. The front desk staff did talk with your neighboring guest and ask you to inform us if there is a recurrence to let us know. But we did not get another call and the staff also went up to check after some time but did not hear the guest in the room.

Hotel was not as expected. Overpriced, outdated, and run down. Very dirty, air-conditioniner was broken. TV pretty much only had sports channels and few basic cable channels. Smoke detector was covered with plastic. "Liquids" on headboard and stains on chairs. Bathroom was hardly cleaned, unknown stains on walls, floors, and doors in bathroom with a crack in the shower wall. Do not recommend.
