Staff at desk were rude. One of the rooms I booked was a suite and they ran out of bedding, so there were no blankets for my kiddos. The room itself was in rough shape with mix matched paint, bubbled up paint, the toilet was very wobbly (and I am only 116lbs.)

In the first room the sink was blocked up, very very slow drain. In the second room smelled like smoke and tried to covered up with some kind of air freshner. Was upgraded to a suite and that was the worst. The floor was dirty. The walls were dirty not sure if it was make up, dirt or poop. I must say you get what you pay for. The staff tried their best to accommodate but the place needs a GOOD cleaning in rooms and hallways.

I like that everyone in the staff are great people i left my phone for 2 weeks and still got it back
