Pros: Close to river
Cons: Heating
Location: Easy drive to Sabie to see waterfalls
Arrived at 5pm, reception shut but manager promptly arrived. It was out of season so no food facilities on site. Had to drive to Hazyview 10 miles away for nearest restaurant.
Chalets well appointed but chilly at night with no obvious heating. Beautiful location with river on doorstep and birds including kingfishers. Quite Isolated, set back from road and really secluded but security guard in evidence and security gate.

Spacious lodge

Pros: There were extensive recreational facilities on the grounds, including a nice pool. Rooms are far from the highway.
Cons: The pathways from the car park to the porch were in rough shape, and the bathrooms are very basic.
We stayed in a spacious lodge with a queen bed in the bedroom and two small beds in the living room. The porch looks right down into a pool in the river. These are charming older buildings. The kitchen area was a decent size, the TV was large and had many channels available.

Great family accommodation
Posted 6 Apr 2016 on HotelsGreat value for money and very pleasant staff. Beautiful part of the world to visit. Would recommend Kwambali for a family holiday if you are looking for good, basic, clean accommodation. Fantastic swimming pool areas. Lovely setting on the river.
