I liked the low cost of a one night stay but ended up paying a little extra to stay somewhere else after I checked into my room. The odour of the whole hotel was musky and damp, including the room. I was told no cleaners were going to be in for a few hours, by that time I was ready to leave. Dark room with same moldy smell, smoke detector not installed (left on night stand). One chair in the room with the cushion flipped over because the proper side was in rough condition. Bathroom had lime stains all over the tub and shower, looked as though minimal effort was put into cleaning a bare minimal room. Windows were dirty and the carpet didn’t feel inviting as I would not have dared walking in the hotel without shoes on. Getting a refund was not hard and did not seem surprising to the staff. Unless there was a revamp of the whole building, I would not even consider this as an option if you have any hotel standards at all. Felt bad for the staff because no manager was on site, but they were new employees and handled my situation with class and respect. Still, will not stay or recommend this hotel in the future.

They didn’t have any rooms cleaned when we showed up, the room they gave us didn’t even have toilet paper. The shower still had hair on the walls, not really sure if the room was cleaned or not. Came back in the evening and it smelt like a dog crapped through out the whole floor. The young man at the front looked as if he was thrown into his position. This place needs someone to care about it

Old, smelly, dirty, dead wood bugs, dingy, expensive and didnt even have shampoo, conditioners or bodywash. If it literally wasnt the last hotel room on your site i would have left and we wont return

Check in was fine but this place is very run down, untidy, and way over-priced considering the condition of this hotel.

Bathroom was dirty. Hair on the floor and in the bath tub. Carpet was dirty. Very disappointing since we have stayed there many times before.

The Room was such a disaster when we arrived that even the Bedbugs were leaving. The Carpet looked like it had seen a vacuum in years. So we went back to the Front desk to cancel our stay and were told that it was understandable and they hear it all the time - YIKES!

The place was very dingy carpet was very dirty bathroom was disgusting pillows were very very bad DOWN AND OUT DISGUSTING WE WOULD LIKE OUR MONEY BACK NEVER AGAIN WILL STAY AT or book in toA MOTEL 8 ever again. We actually thought we were booking in to motel 6 they gave us the impression that it was motel 6 we were booking in to , we didn’t stay there we went across the road and stayed at motel 6 it was 100% better

I like the room price but it shouldn't come at the expense of cleanliness. The bathroom was absolutely filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned in a month of daily use. I took pictures because no one would believe me that it was so dirty.

Instead of the Super 8 motel, this place should be called the Super Bates motel. Horribly run down rooms with burn holes in carpets and bathrooms that are literally falling apart. Our bed consisted of metal springs that poked us all night and I don’t think they have gotten new pillows since 1980. Never again. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Very used furniture and dirty carpets. extremely noisy heating system and when we shut it off, we got so cold with the few thin blankets provided. As well there was snow at 6AM in front of the hotel and our taxi had a hard time picking us up to take us to the airport. We made it barely on time and yet we were close to the airport. Check out staff were seldom behind the counter and we couldn't check out properly... no receipt. We are Wyndham rewards members but we think we will be avoiding this chain or at least this one in the future.
