It’s a great family and friendly atmosphere, wonderful people. They are really nice . Topical Swiss hotel with nice local food and spirit. We loved it.

Ski trip to Gstaad

We arrived early (11.30)to see if we could leave our car while we went to the skiing. We were shown to our room right there and then. We got changed and they ran us to ski lifts. When we finished skiing at the end of the day we called the hotel and the owner herself came and picked us up. Beautiful room and excellent service will definitely use this hotel again

Facilities were disappointing, no hot water facility (kettle) in room, 1 coffee capsule per person/day.
Breakfast was very good and excellent service at breakfast, reception desk was often unattended.
The photo on Agoda/Alpenrose website does not seem to represent the current existing reality.
