Amazing stay

The service was amazing, the price is incredibly reasonable, front desk was extremely helpful, and the view is second-to-none.

The accommodation was clean and modern. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional. We had an amazing experience.

120 Euro cleaning bill for 4 nights!

We were not warned about the ridiculous cleaning bill added onto our room bill. 120 euros is outrageous, especially when l left the room cleaner than when we arrived. It completely overshadowed what was an enjoyable stay.

Thank you for your review, eventhough it is as bad as it is. There is one online travel agency which is not able to add on our service charge to the total price. This service charge is obligatory and includes the daily change of the towels in your apartment, dispose of the waste and the final cleaning after departure. Please be asured that we noticed your apartment was spotless clean – doesn´t happen very often. We are very sorry to hear, that this left a bad aftertaste regarding your stay with us. Overpriced and Cleaning fee!

If you book be aware of the fine print that they will charge a cleaning fee. We got hit up with a 90 Euro cleaning fee and I see in the fine print that they can charge up to 120 euro. We only stayed one night for approximelty 10 hours and had to pay 90 Euro which was outrageous! There are many other hotels in this town and elsewhere that will not charge this fee. Choose wisely! The hotel staff also disappear after 8:00PM and ask that you call ahead if you will be late. They will then leave the keys on the front desk for anyone to grab (if your lucky they will be waiting for you). Overall the room as very clean and big but not worth the cost of the room and cleaning fee. WiFi was also terribly slow.

The only bad thing was that everything was closed during our stay due to the off season. Also wee weren't aware that the restaurant inside the hotel was closed until December.Aside from that everything else was great.
