Very pleasant stay.The room was beautifully designed and immaculate.A bit pricey though compared to others offering Breakfast.Will stay again however.

Rye fireworks
Posted 14 Nov 2022 on HotelsThe Regent hotel was the perfect place to stay for the Rye Fireworks. The room was very clean and the staff are very friendly and the hotel couldn't have been in a better place for the parade

Shame about the slamming doors!
Posted 24 Oct 2022 on HotelsGreat hotel, very clean and comfortable. However the rooms are not sound proofed, and the room doors are heavy and noisy. The bathroom door really stuck.
If they could sort out the doors I’d give 5 stars, but until then don’t expect a lie-in!

The corridor door have soft closers on as do the room door's but due to fire regulations all doors have to shut behind a guest to prevent a fire spreading. I've checked the bathroom door of the room you stayed in and door and handle all working fine.

Guest didn't stay, cancelled last minute so no refund was due. Bit sad that they feel to make themselves feel better that it's a good idea to do a bad review.

Central, quiet, comfy, modern and clean.
Posted 28 Aug 2022 on HotelsTotally modern, spacious and very very clean. Big windows that open wide, massive comfortable bed, airy room with a huge walk in shower and double sinks (beach room), and silent during the night. Fantastic night's sleep and central to every pub!
