Although they were nice they did try to put me in a room where the window was completely cracked and I couldn’t even open the door when I police styled it. The room we got was nasty old towels and wash rags from people before. They never took our trash or changed our sheets once I was there a week. There’s people living in the hotel. I had a man walk in while I was asleep at 9 in the morning good thing my boyfriend was with me. And people randomly knocking looking for an Amy. I will never stay here again. Doesn’t look like the pics. I had to ask them to vacuum after we got in the room it was gross. The smell was horrible. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at…. DONT STAY HERE I WASTED $400

The price was very low so you get what you pay for.
We stayed here multiple times due to the travel distance from work and the low price, of the 3 hotels in this area we used for the month it was the worse.
Lots of long term residents who were friendly and the staff was helpful :)
Now for the rest and this applies for all 3 of the different rooms we stayed in for multiple nights each.
Nothing in the rooms worked, floors on the upper deck were twisted and rotting which seemed dangerous though we never fell through.
Wi-Fi was terrible, kept dropping every 3 minutes so was mostly useless.
TV was only 12 channels and maybe 16”.
Shower was like someone urinating on you with a slow lukewarm dribble
Broken down and totaled vehicles in the main parking area for guests.
To top it all off our car was robbed along with others by a drug addicted man in a stolen van who police never even attempted to investigate. This was definitely a “not again” kind of situation for this hotel.
If you have someone to stand watch through the night or can conscript one of the night owl long term residents then you’re able to sleep a bit on decent beds with ok pillows and room service will deliver what you need while not invading your space.
Only stay here if you’re not into camping.

The property was unkept. Lamps that were missing in the walls. Dirty comforter mussing remote. The young man working was great. I was given tge 1st room. The door could not be opened with my key or property key. The 2nd room the air conditioner didn't work. The last room has dirty or stained comforter and the light on the wall had been torn off the wall.

The room was not properly cleaned, smelled like smoke and mold even though we selected a non smoking room. Sheets had cigar burns on them. Will not be staying here again.

No one was available at the time we needed to check in. Called and no one answered the phone then all of a sudden someone came after we have booked somewhere else. The worst place to be in Richmond VA

The first room we had almost Electrocuted my husband, we heard a pop seen a flash then we had no power, no lights etc.
The rooms don't have tv's. The rooms are dirty, tub/shower doesnt.even look like they scrub them at all. Pieces of trash on the floor. I had to use my cell phone to call the office because the room phone didnt work even before the power
went out.
They guy did give me a new room but even that room was dirty no tv no phone in the room and to top it all off I found bed bugs. Live. I took video and pictures of everything. I tried to speak with a manager ans was told no one was available to call back tomorrow. Wouldnt give me no names. I had to practically beg for a business card which still had no name. The front desk never once apologized tried to resolve anything etc. My husband and I feel disgusting.

The property was dirty and in a dangerous area. There were car parts just lying around the parking lot that almost caused my son to fall over. An axel of a car was just laying in the parking lot. There were no bugs on the mattress but there were dark red and dark brown stain on the bed skit, black stuff was smeared on the walls, in the morning when we woke up to the bugs crawling on the wall we got right up and decided to check out at 930 am . The manager was unable to be reached by the front desk worker regarding our “early check out due to unsanitary and unsafe conditions (door didn’t fully lock either) causing us to stay up all night worried about the 4 men outside our hotel room at 3 AM getting in their cars and leaving all night long! So the front desk worker decided to have us leave and then told us they would call us back after he tacked the manager. I decided to call at 230pm and I had reached the worker from before stating that Expedia had to refund my second night seeing how I billed with them, my family and I were hanging out at a truck stop bc we are from Ohio And we were in Virginia for a graduation. We had no place to go. I spoke to a chat assistant on Expedias website who told me they were “emailing their offsite team to assist in getting my family a replacement hotel “ but I have yet received a phone call, message, and or email from Expedias team member( that was yesterday’s at 2pm) thankfully I found another hotel that was not so unfortunately disgusting.

Too many ppl in the parking lot hanging around at night time. watching parked cars and trying to see through the windows
