We called first to tell the staff and explained that we would arrive late for our check-in. The young lady was understanding and accommodated us in a comfortable room. The room was clean and updated.

My room was dirty, 1st the floors mainroom and bathroom were not swept. Second, the microwave was dirty, outside the porch was covered in mud. Finally, I asked for 2 sets of bath towels because there was no bathtub towel. The front desk personnel gave me all shredded dirty dingie towels. I have photos to prove it. I didn't say anyrhing because i didn't want to get into a confrontation and being asked to leave before we checked out.
Last but not least. I was charged a deposit before we arrived and charged for a crappy room as well. I will not use this or a facility like it again.
