This was our second trip to Jewel Paradise Cove and it exceeded our expectations as always. The staff is more than great they made our trip very memorable and the other guests staying there were also very friendly, everyone seemed like family. I love the bar tenders, the restaurants, the entertainment is amazing there is always something to do at the resort. We did a few excursions Dunns River Falls which I loved, Luminous Lagoon, which I did not like, and a full day in Negril, which I loved. We also had a special sunset dinner on our last day which was wonderful. I loved everything about this stay with one con, the jacuzzi tub, it was really hard to get in and out of if you were only taking a shower, but I made it work because we got to be in the room next to our best friends. You will not be sorry staying at this resort, it is small but that's what made it so much fun, you could have your alone time and party all in one resort. We loved Jewel Paradise Cove and we will see you again.

Shout out to the pool staff Antonio and Whitney. They were amazing! The hotel was great loved that it was on the smaller side. It wasnt overcrowded even though we went during spring break. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful place, facilities and staff excellent, food was good although there was no variety, very far from the airport and the entertainment was not good.

My husband and I had the best time ever. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional starting with our check in with Celene ,excellent customer service.
Property is quiet and beautiful , a real hidden gem.
Overall a wonderful experience, will be going back for my anniversary.
