Austin was so friendly and personable upon check in…..he was quick and thorough! However our first room was dirty and not finished being cleaned, there was hairs in the shower and food left in the refrigerator. There was also a bottle of cleaning solution left on the shelf in the bathroom. As for the bar area, it was super clean and very appealing Dan was an excellent bar tender and also very friendly! The pool area was spotless and the rest of the facility was beautiful and clean! Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends

We could have been given more information at check-in regarding times of operation for pool, coffee etc. Pool door was open but had a sign saying pool closed??? Nice area. Beautiful scenery. Overall good facility for a one night stay they just need to enhance the guest service aspect.

Rooms too small no tables or bureaus for clothes no towel exchange after 3rd day requested towels - no restaurants - no designated area for smokers
Staff were all 5’s fantastic group

They did not even have the proper amount of towels for two people staying in the property. Just very disappointed in the entire experience

The newest part of hotel seems nice but the rest needs TLC. We stayed after a busy weekend, but none the less, rooms and areas should be clean. The location is fabulous, the staff is very nice. But the care of the facility is lacking.

My stay at the the Beachwalk was good I was just a little disappointed that house keeping didn’t stop at our room to drop off clean towels or at least to remove the garbage from the room. The property itself was good the front half of the property was renovated but the back half by the river was outdated and needs attention ASAP! But location and safety was great, just crossing the street your at the beach and by the pool you have a bar/restaurant. I give this property a 3.5/5
