My family of 10 stayed here during the weekend and it was disappointed. The place is so outdated. In our room the AC unit is so loud every time it turns on. And for the price per night is not realistic at all. Carpet looks so old. They offer continental breakfast but they don’t have a lot of table and chairs for you to set. They have 3 tables and 2 chair each that’s it.

The staff was super nice,that said the whole hotel smelled like bleach. It needs some upgrades badly. No elevator had to carry all my luggage to the second floor. Rooms are not clean..and it was over priced for what you got..never again

This property is a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean and economical. Sheets and towels smelled great. Will be staying there again on my next trip to Ruidoso.
