The staff were all really lovely and friendly that we dealt with and the bed was very comfortable and the food was good. The only thing that let the hotel down was the quality of the fittings. Much of the hotel looked a little tired and needs a bit of a refurbishment.

Clean and comfortable room with really comfortable bed. The service was exceptional when there problem with the heating which was quickly rectified .

Stay was ok. Staff all nice. Hotel is dated and very much showing its age! My room was next to a fire door in the corridor and all night long I was woken by it banging
