I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was especially being near the airport. It was quiet at night and i don’t recall hearing any planes soaring overhead. The rooms are lovely and clean, just what i needed for a long layover in Zurich.

Great access to the airport. Great staff loaned us an adapter we needed to charge our phones.

Absolutely gorgeous hotels 🏨! My only regret is that I couldn’t stay there for more days. Next time I will come only to this hotel! Many thanks to everyone who created such excellent conditions for the guests!

The property is clean because it's pretty new.
Other than that nothing stands out.
There's no transportation, to get you to the train station. They say it is a 2 minute walk from the hotel but it's 10-12 minute walk. They don't understand that when the guests arrived, we don't want to walk another 2 miles and drag our luggages from a very long flight. When I arrived that day, it was raining, there's no taxi or any means of transportation to and from this hotel. Until today I am still sick and caught cold walking in the rain, not to mention it was freezing, it's been almost a week. The only transportation they have is if you are going to the airport then they have the shuttle bus that takes you to the airport. And no they did not have taxis when I asked for one, they told me "No" and said to me "madam, the train station is just right there, you can walk. Like I said it was raining but I needed to go to Zurich Station, So I ended up walking in the rain.

The hotel is very clean and modern, and is within a 10 minute ride to Zurich airport.

Nice newer hotel but has some issue to small rooms and ac unit not changeable higher or lower then 3 degrees makes for warm night, plus if open window or door it shut unit completely off and have to restart, then no microwave in room had one vending mach
