I stayed at the Grand Park a few years ago and it was superb. It feels like the customer service in the hotel has gone drastically downhill since 2019. Staff communication was poor, and staff were noticeably disorganised - particularly the valet who misplaced my keys several times before bringing through the wrong car. It’s a shame, because everything else about this hotel is wonderful.

Excellent staff, service and spa facilities, with fantastic food at Agli Amici. Beautiful surroundings, would have loved to have stayed longer.
