The front desk staff make you feel welcome immediately and they are extremely nice and professional. I will return to Rovaniemi and I will stay there again .

Staff are friendly and helpful.
Could do with some USB points in the rooms.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is quite good—right in the city center.
However, it seems that the beds are old, well-worn and not supportive (the bed would sink in the middle). This led to a very stiff back each night of my stay.

Great location. Easy check in with affordable early check in. ( we checked in 3 hours early for $15 euros).
Hotel has a restaurant on site.

the location is good. A lot of shops and eateries. There's a river behind this location, i could catch some sunrise, which is so beautiful view. It could be better if there are some smile on the receptionists' faces....
