the reception lady , with glasses and long hair was rude and not processional , like the young male ,that he was really polite

place is ok but way too expensive for what it is
Posted 28 Dec 2023 on HotelsSo the place is pretty nice, we had a chalet for 6 person with sauna which are in a cute little red house. However, the room was noisy as we heard the road, the beds upstairs were noisy and not that comfortable, the shower was hard to use. The sauna was good. There was a lot of people at breakfast, but the breakfast itself was good. The bathroom needs a makeover.

Lovely chalet with excellent breakfast. Good location for visiting Santa village. We had a great stay.

The Chalets were so nice and cute!! They were super clean and had everything we needed. All of the workers were helpful and friendly!!
