First room, safe did not work, second room was all good. WiFi in room is terrible, hardly connects, in hotel lobby it is good but need to improve the connection in the rooms, especially for a 4 star hotel.

Quirky shaped corridors and clean, quiet rooms. The advert had said city views but that certainly wasn’t the case in my room which looked over a busy crossroads! However, rooms were quiet and access to trams and Metro was excellent.

Posted 2 Feb 2024 on HotelsBed comfortable, breakfast good, shower warm. Only downside was the slight mould on the shower sealant. The road outside wasn’t the quietest, but I always sleep with earplugs anyway so no trouble.

One of our party was given a room, when he went to his room it was already occupied ! I asked for a iron and ironing board to iron my shirt for the following day. The receptionist said that there was one at the end of the corridor. There wasn't !

Noisy in corridors at night, woke up up several times.
Bathroom was lovely but literally no hanging space for towels, clothes
Beds uncomfortable pins and needles in arms
Swimming pool out of use on second day
