Very tired and lacking any atmosphere. Room was very basic and was clean. Rubbish bins were over following outside the entrance, has a feeling that the place is hanging on by a thread.

I had a large room with two king size beds. I particularly enjoyed the spa bath in my room after completing the Rotorua Marathon! A very nice restaurant and professional room service.

We’ve been here before and it was great! So we booked again! This time not so great. Paid a LOT of money to look at the hotel roof, no sky so sad kids, basic cutlery missing, inadequate housecleaning- just supplied new towels but not more toilet paper, did not make the beds and no top up of tiny milk and coffee. The light switch in our room was broken so minimal lighting and no one came to fix. What can I say? A hotel is not stressed because you have been ripped off! The decor is tired and please don’t reply to say I’m sorry you had this experience, we will take your comments into consideration if you don’t plan on doing anything to lift the quality of peoples experiences. A lot of money is needed her to make it a nice hotel again and I am assuming there isn’t enough so the issues will just keep piling up as well as the complaints. The one positive was the comfortable beds and pillows. Sorry but never coming back. somewhere you go to escape and relax.

It was a good price and the beds were big and comfy. It needs a good renovation, very out dated and run down

Big rooms is the only positive thing about this hotel. Property is in need of a major TLC, smells like mold a bit, bathrooms dated, furniture almost antique. Not sure why it has 3 star rating. Guest ratings are pretty accurate, we only booked because we arrived late, and hotel was on our way, wouldn't stay there again, and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Good stay, would recommend for a quick overnight stay. Place is pleasant and quiet. Did not get a chance to try ammenities.
