The team that works in the restaurant every morning for breakfast are not friendly or helpful at all.

Fans, Fans did I say Fans? In Germany A/C is few and far between for hot day…this hotel had great soft beds, odd pillows..but good…rooms were spacious…no noise….and FANS in every room to give you a little circulation…I give 5 stars
