The room smelled HORRIBLE. Maybe whatever cleaning agent they used? It did appear clean, but the pungent smell was overwhelming. Even buying and spraying air freshener did not help.

We were looking forward to using the pool and it was out of service. This was a big disappointment in the heat. We had unresolved problems with the television. There were staff available to work on it but it was time consuming. We found ourselves troubleshooting the set. Staff was friendly and professional. The included breakfast was decent. Our bed was comfortable and the entire facility very clean.

I liked that it was quiet on my hall & that the women that clean the rooms still asked if i needed anything even though i had a do not disturb sign in the door. It was good that they still came by to grab whatever trash i had & being be clean towels each day!

I spent one night here and it was a good stay. I'll particularly highlight my check in experience. The staff on duty (he sounded Indian) was very friendly, helpful and funny. I had a really stressful day and his light hearted conversation really cheered me up. I forgot to ask his name. This is the second time I'm using this property and the same man checked me in, same cheerful attitude. Kudos to him. The breakfast is basic and decent. I left really early in the morning hence I didn't use much of the facilities. The room and bathrooms were clean.
