It's a very nice property. The staff was very nice, rooms clean, and close to everything. We will definitely stay again.

Decent for a last minute stop rooms werent terrible just dated. Beds were super comfy

No issues. Best Western in general has friendly, professional staff and quiet, comfortable rooms. They never disappoint.

The room didn’t look like the pictures online. Musty smell. It is clean & bathroom is newer update which I liked. Advertise a pool but it’s not open even tho it’s 90 degrees outside?!
Office staff very nice.

We want to reassure you that your experience is not typical of what our guests receive. Regarding pool, it is mentioned that our pool is open from Memorial Weekend through Labor Weekend. You mentioned, it was 90 degrees outside but at night temperature drops down to 40s-50s. State of New Mexico does not allow us to open up our pool, if water temperature is below 70 degrees.
