Red Shutter Inn - Very Low Key

Posted 21 Jul 2015 on Hotels
Super quaint, really friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms in the Inn are TINY, however, the overall relaxing mood made up for that! Tiny, common fridge & kettle, and steep stairs to access the building. Overall, it was great!

Pros: Easily accessible to ski/bike hill; self-contained kitchen
Cons: For summer months, the unit is in need of fans. The loft is much to hot to sleep in without airflow and all windows do not have screens.
Red shutter cabin is an inexpensive, self-contained unit for skiers or bikers wanting something more convenient than a hotel room. In the summer months, expect it to be HOT sleeping in the loft. Also, the steep circular stairway would not be ideal for children. If you're looking for a budget-friendly, self contained cabin for 2-4 adults, I would recommend this place! Come prepared with extra tolietries and towels. Staff is easily accessible via phone and knowledgeable about all the best ski and bike places in the area!

We have purchased a whole bunch of fans after your request. Totally agree that the steep stairs aren't good for small children or the elderly.. have to be spry for this little cabin!
