Staff not doing their jobs correctly when extending my stay causing huge inconvenience; staff trying to get in my room when in shower when I clearly had it marked Do Not Disturb; manager saying I booked a certain type of room when I didn’t so basically implying I was lying and not compensating me for his own staffs screwups saying he can’t comp me one night’s stay while I’m there as an extended guest mourning my mother’s death. Pretty sure the manager can waive any fees, so who’s really lying?

Have stayed here numerous times with and without family, and normally have no issues, but check in was slow as only one person working, and rooms just didn't seem as good our bed was so soft, and our faucet leaked, and the tv had been disabled and only two towels and one hand and wash cloth. Had to ask for more towels for in the pool area. The breakfast was average with hardly any seating. And we were locked out of our rooms at 10am while we were still packing up check out is 11 . All of our rooms (4 rooms) that was A pain since two rooms were on the second floor.
