I would have given five stars if the hotel's food service and hotel's restaurants were better (I got sick eating their food). But room-wise everything was great.

I liked the rooms, a nice ocean view. Rooms were nicely laid out , bathroom
with rain shower head. The balcony was a nice place to relax.
Friendly staff.
My only wish was that they could have offered a late checkout…, they did store our luggage .

The addition is beautiful but the architect who designed the overall layout between old and new, needs to go back to school to learn the basics of movement. It is amazing how such a beautiful hotel can get the layout so wrong. It is nigh impossible to figure out the staircases and paths around this hotel. Such a shame because it is a beautiful hotel. I assume in an emergency (does Dominica have such shocks?) you would be stuck in a maze of steps.

The property and staff were amazing! The only thing that needs improvement would be the number of sun beds by the pool were very limited, there was only 6 chairs so it was difficult to get seating around the pool
