Poor service and very poor attitude

Staff at Spa not helpful, extra charge for swim hat, for plastic sandals and swimming trunks as trunks used for entire 2 weeks in France before stay not good enough for them. Therefore not able to use salt water pool, however we could have used on a hot summer evening the Sauna! Have stayed all over EU, staff did not even offer an apology for the above. I would avoid unless you want to pay for everything as extra.

Spa ,breakfast , cleanliness and staff are all excellent at the hotel and the location is fantastic with a beautiful beach a stones trough away
