It was convenient and plus for accepting my fur babies in their hotel. They were very friendly and accommodating. Weak internet.

I was expecting a pleasant a 7 day stay here at this hotel based on their claims of being the most luxurious hotel in the area. The management seems to be focused on trying to make as much money as they can from their current guests rather than customer satisfaction and future returns.

Okay stay but definitely could've been better
Posted 27 Jan 2023 on HotelsThe stay was ok. The rooms were a little small. I actually got food poisoning from their breakfast (garlic fried rice), after that I just had toast and coffee. The staff was very helpful and had an upbeat attitude.

Superb gardens that are well kept. The setting is great and I will return.
Food ok but the breakfasts shoud be served hot.
WiFi fast in some rooms. No WiFi in others.
Good for families and events but needs improving for business travellers. Need more power points in rooms and outside.
