Very nice hotel in the city centre. The service is great. Unfortunately not enough common areas and the old nice bar downstairs was replace by a noisy loud music restaurant full of people during the weekend. There is not a relaxing place to be in the hotel except for your room. The cleaning service needs improvements. People at the front desk are very nice and they try their best

Beautiful hotel. Great staff friendly and very helpful. We had a great one week stay. Will definitely go back.

Terrible stay and experience Stay away
Posted 30 Jan 2022 on HotelsThis is probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel, which from the outside looks stunning, is completely falling apart on the inside. I was given a different, smaller room in what seemed like a basement where the towels were dirty. I was switched to a bigger room after being told they had none where it smelled of dampness, yellow water came out of the shower, holes in the sheets and dirty pillow covers.The worst part was the check out: the hotel did not accept the price I was charged with hotels.com, overcharging me on both exchange rate and taxes (even though it was stated all was included in my booking) and extremely rude staff that raised their voice at us when trying to come up with a solution. I feel deceived and insulted and ultimately ripped off of something that should have been a nicer experience.
