Over charged - by 3X
Posted 19 Nov 2023 on HotelsI was over charged by this hotel...charged for 3 nights when i only stayed one. Service was terrible...the entire time I was there, I never saw anyone at the front desk. food was not good either.

This hotel was exactly what we needed - a clean and safe place to stay in the area. We were only there for a quick overnight, so did not enjoy breakfast or utilize any of the amenities. Our room and the property as a whole were clean, the staff was friendly, and we felt very welcome and safe. Roosevelt is a cute town. The only thing we noticed not being available was USB ports in the rooms. Our own fault for not traveling with the outlet piece! I didn't ask at the front desk - they may have had some to lend. There were plenty of outlets, a hairdryer in the bathroom, and microwave and refrigerator in the room.
