Filthy, smelly, holes in walls stuffed with toilet paper. Very rude and uncooperative front desk employee!

Lighting was terrible the windows were broken to some of the entries in lobby to get to the rooms. The bathroom was not that clean broken toilet seat and room had bad smell. The facility needs a complete make over.

The air-conditioning didn't work initially. We called the front desk at 11pm to inform them the air-conditioning didn't work. We asked for a different room. We where informed there were no other rooms available, and we either open the window or find another hotel. Since it was late we stayed in the room. The air-conditioning eventually kicked on at about 1am. We informed them at the front desk the following morning. They said they would give us points towards another stay. Haven't received anything yet.
