The room is quite new and clean. An elevator helps a lot. Front desk is very helpful and accommodating.

Great Value, But No Elevator

Pros: Great price, good location.
Cons: Is it possible to put an elevator in the building?
Location: Near the train station, with lots of places to eat and shop.
The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The price was great for private room with air conditioning. The big negative is there is no elevator and I had to haul my rather heavy bag up 4 flights of stairs. There was no hot water one day, which the manager apologized for. Maybe it was beyond his control. About 2 blocks to Atocha station.
