Great place!

The staff were responsive and helpful, even allowing us an early check in and late check out. The location is very central and walkable to all attractions. There was a slight problem with their wifi, which they addressed immediately after being notified. Would stay again.

Very poor management all is through WhatsApp, poor English lots of misunderstanding situation with the person in charge of communication Bed in room very uncomfortable, shower drain no working fine , it’s conveniently located that’s why we stayed there this time but for future won’t do again as we didn’t rest neither shower properly

Credit Card Fraud Alert - this hotel was unable to receive guests during their country's lockdown and still charged us for services they could NOT perform (unlike other hotels in Italy). They ignored numerous calls and emails but the hotel still charged our credit card and refused to funds when the fraudulent charge was disputed...making false claims (unlike other hotels in Italy) along the way. DO NOT TRUST EXPEDIA OR THE HOTEL WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO**

Excellent location! Can reach by foot or metro & bus to all popular sites! Stayed here 4 nights! Checked in and out were a breeze! Michela was lovely and kind to assist with my needs. Room was huge and bathroom was modern! I would have given a full star if not for the litlle problem with the bathroom drainage issue. Michela was responsive and helpful to have it cleaned up.

Michela was an excellent host I will recommend to anyone I know visiting Rome. Great property and beautiful finishes! This was an amazing location in Rome, easy to get to all major attractions and transportation as well as shopping and food :)

1- no reception is available at any time,make sure you contact them about the time you are arriving else you will find no one to open for you 2- Make sure you have the number of them if you need anything so you can call 3- the rooms are new but the beds are not comfy 4- very good location 5- calm

Wonderful location within an easy walking distance to Trevi |Fountain, Spanish Steps, metro station Spagna. If you are in decent shape, walking distance to Piazza Navrona and Campo Fiori. A block away from taxi stands and from a main shopping street. Lots of nearby restaurants. What I did not like is that if you put the "do not disturb" tag on your door, the maid and hotel staff will come into your room anyway and move all your stuff around. I was not expecting this and did not "hide" all my credit cards, passports, id's etc and came back into the room to find they had all been touched and moved with all the other things in the room. I feel like I have to watch out for any weird activity on them now. Granted, if a maid really wanted to find your stuff they have hours and hours in which to search your room, however, I like to keep honest people honest by taking a bit of effort to place these types of items (cc, ids, passports) in a location that takes some effort to find if I had any indication that someone would be in the room. This did not happen only once, but TWICE with the "do not disturb" tag up. Another time the desk clerk notified us that she went into the room to change the light bulb... again with "do not disturb" tag up. I did not complain about a light bulb that was out or even notice it. So, again a violation of privacy. So.... a very nice hotel room, convenient location, pleasant staff, but absolutely no regard to your privacy.

Dear guest, I will inform you about what happened, as far as privacuation is concerned, we absolutely care about our customers and their privacy, I assure you that in our Guest House nothing has ever happened, surely the girls have sinned of naivety wanting to offer you a service of cleaning, but I will inform myself.As for the light bulb, if an odpite before you damages something and we as a structure buy the new lamp we have the faculty to enter and replace the room, I assure you that nobody in my structure will allows you to touch or violate anything. We are happy, however, its permenances have been pleasant. Thanks for the feedback

Super helpful and nice reception, provided personal tips on where to eat and save money and avoid the crowds. Very very very clean room, located in a great location close to everything.
