The residence was wonderful! The staff was so friendly, accommodating and helpful. It was my husband's 40th birthday trip and we ended it here. What an amazing place to end our stay in Italy.
I would highly recommend this accommodation!

It had a beautiful view if you choose to stay on the side facing the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however the rooms were really just ok. Basic amenities. The shower had a tendency to flood the bathroom and our double bed was two single mattresses pushed together without a fitted sheet so we spent our trip sleeping like a couple in a 50s sitcom. Wonderful location, paper thin walls. Overall very middle of spectrum. It really depends where your priorities are.

Not long back from a lovely stay in Rome. The owner of this property made our stay even more pleasant.
He upgraded our room for my sons birthday to a terrace room with a beautiful view. Checked everything was ok throughout our stay. Was so friendly and welcoming.
The building itself is a beautiful old building, with an old fashioned lift to the top. Our room was very small but had everything we needed. Shower was good and it was all clean.
Thank you for making a stay a welcoming one.

Room was nice and roomy. Newer fixtures and clean. The elevator broke down during our visit... I did not like taking the multiple flights of stairs to the fifth floor!

Great location. Shower was outside of bathroom not much privacy. Breakfast included was okay. Croissant and juice/coffee.
Very clean staff was helpful. Towel heater did not work.
