The property has excellent access to the train station and to the airport but it is very remote. The apartment was very basic with no extras like a kettle, extra blankets or pillows. The bathroom was tiny and has a mould problem. Otherwise the checkin was straight forward and the host was helpful.

ITS NOT A HOTEL - its a room in an appartment.

Very shocked that this is allowed ro happen. We booked the hotel (or so we thought) to be near the airport. When we called botel they said they have a shuttle to pick us up for 20 euros. Shortly after i started getting mesaages feom the hotel to my surprise. At the airport the same person picks us up and takes us to an appartmwnt complex and we have to go up the steps to a small little room out of 2 rooms in the appartment. Being that it was midnight we were too scared to even ask the person anything since it was just him and us ina lonely appartment. If we knew before that it was not a hotel maybe we would have been prepared but we were shocked that this place was being posted as a hotel on expedia.

Dear Sir, you had everything you booked that night and we can only say that we proudly accomplished what stated on your booking. Our accomodation is presented on Expedia.com as a Bed & Breakfast and in the whole world these two words mean "rooms in private apartments" (or buildings, farms, houses, manors, etc.). The messages you received after your request of private pick-up was sent to inform you about the place to meet the car which had to bring you at your accomodation. Maybe you thought that private pick-up (at a fare which is the 50% less than the average taxi fare) means to find a luxury limousine under your plane right after landing, as it is usually done with chiefs of state? The room assigned to you was exactly the room that you watched on the pictures published on Expedia and that you booked. The pick-up has been provided as requested, and every other service described on Expedia related to our accomodation has been provided. Probably you were looking for a top class hotel and a luxury limousine pick-up and all those things are available and ready to be booked on Expedia, therefore the question is: why did you book the less expensive accomodation available on that night on Expedia, expecting the quality of the most expensive accomodation (at "just" about €. 150 higher than the fare that you payed) available for booking on the same night on Expedia? For full information to anyone would be interested in reading this review, you forgot to report that we also book a taxi to guarantee your return to the airport at 4:00am at a very convenient fare, but maybe this also is a very poor service for a top class guest as you are persuated to be. Thanks for staying at our B&B (definitely NOT a hotel, just a Bed & Breakfast),next time that you decide to book a place to stay, we are confident you will choose something more appropriate to your high rank
