We really enjoyed our stay and the location was close to just about everything we needed. The only thing that could be improved is they only have someone in the office 9-5 which is fine except when needing to schedule a car when leaving. We arrived during a taxi strike so getting there was challenging and unexpected with not being able to get a taxi so we wanted the car service to get to the airport early the day we left. The only day we were in the hotel during office hours was briefly the day before we left so we could schedule the car. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.

The property was right around the corner from Piazza Navona. Great location. There are 2 flights of stairs to reach the front desk and a tiny elevator to help bring luggage up although you have to carry it up and down one flight of stairs anyway. Room size for a family of 4 was adequate although the shower design was interesting. You can see into it while looking from the bedroom. Not quite private enough unless you’re on your honeymoon or a nudist. We had to drape a blanket over the glass wall on top for privacy. Overall it was good for a one night stay.

Complete scam!! The pictures online were nothing like in person. The rooms were the smallest I’ve ever seen. There was 4 of us and had nowhere to put our luggage let alone move inside the room. It was a complete joke! So bad that I moved my family to another Hotel. When I let them know I was moving to another hotel, the said “ well, you won’t get your money back”
I told her, the pics on line where nothing like what this place is.. Be Aware!!!! So disappointed!!

This location was perfectly central to Rome. The staff was super helpful in getting us checked in, transporting our bags into our room once it was ready, and helped us order a cab on our departure. All of the finishes were like new and AC worked great. Would stay again *****

Location is excellent. The room very clean. Small room did not bother me. However the tiny shower, 24" x 24" with a 12x12 rain shower head! If your are large you aren't going to fit. The room we were in as very noisy, the office phone, shredder,and conversation all clearly heard. Noise from te restaurant (s) back doors that open to the interior square. The lock/ key process is a bit of a pain. The lock to the front door of building sticks, the lock to interior gate really sticks, then use a key card to your room. 2 flights of steps. A lift after one flight The staff were friendly and spoke English. Location excellent.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Only tweak I have to add is a square thin rimmed toilet seat is not my favourite and hard on the butt.

We had a pleasant stay, room was always clean and the beds are very comfortable. Many dining options close by.
I would definitely stay there again.
