There are very few positive things about this property when traveling with a family with kids which are accessibility and location close to bus and metro stations. There is a fridge and microwave that can be used, although there is an electric stove top I didn’t try to use it. The main experience throughout the stay in the property though overwhelms the positives. 1. The furniture is so old and dirty that it feels like it’s going to break when being used, which includes the bed and sofa bed. The main bed and sofa bed were super uncomfortable and caused pain in the back. The bed squeaks and is cheap material. 2. The host during the stay only responds like every 12 hours to messages which I found to be unreliable. 3. Garbage bags were not provided so once we ran out I had to go buy my own 4. The apartment was super cold and there weren’t enough blankets and the portable heater is broken. The insulation in the apartment is terrible. We had a toddler and a baby and it was super cold for both. 5. When I asked the host about the broken portable heater I was told not to use it because it consumes a lot of power. Why is that my problem? 6. Not enough extra towels or beddings in the apartment, I had to request for sofa bed beddings to be able to sleep and it only was done on the 2nd day so we slept without any beddings on sofa bed for 1st night 7. Heads up – The city tax and cleaning fee must be made in cash, it was never mentioned anywhere in the booking that only cash is accepted

Dear Rafik, first of all thank you for appreciating the position. She had made a reservation for 2 and nowhere had she indicated the presence of the third person, we made her a sofa bed at no additional cost the following morning because we don't have cleaning staff at night. Trash bags are provided, at night we take longer to respond because we sleep too. I confirm that the payment of the tourist tax and cleaning is done in cash. The heating in Italy is turned off on April 15th we provided 4 duvets, perhaps in compliance with global warming it would be nice to wear a sweater

Great space in a great location near the metro. Clean, filled with cooking supplies, and comfortable. Felt very safe as well. Thank you!

Nice little place. No shampoo/cond/shower soap and water was only hot for 1-2 minutes, but place was otherwise mostly comfortable. Somewhat challenging to figure out how to get in, but we did it. Great location. Pizza/pasta place down the street that you could see from the apartment window - yellow sign, was delicious!!!

The only thing that was a plus was air conditioning in each room. The shower did not have consistent water temp. The toilet button was not qorking to flush the toilet. Bath tub was unsafe to enter and exit. The bath towels were nice. Beds were hard. No streaming for TV. Wifi was good. Elevator was super small. They property we thought we booked was not what we received. We purposely booked to be by the subway.but we were ar from it.we wiyld not recommend this company at all.

There was a misrepresentation of their property, instructions were not clear, AC was not working they try to explain they did something but never showed up to change if it was working.
