No laundry facilities only laundry services. Lady at the desk was rude. The guy was nice. It soundproof rooms but you can hear everything inside and outside the room.

Súper cerca a la estacion termini lo cual es una súper ventaja para movilizarte en roma, pero la zona de noche daba un poco de miedo pero era segura y tenía tiendas y restaurantes cerca.
La atención solo me gustó de Lucas porque el resto no tan atento. Lucas en cambio ayudaba y explicaba

The hotel was super. Staff was great. The area around the hotel was ghetto and even a fight broke out. Too much litter on the street. I believe it is because it was so close to the metro terminal. Stores around are a rip off. Convenience was great!

The hotel is ok. It is very clean. We had issues with the A/C almost every night simply because they turn it off. We had to look for someone to turn it back on. One night we were sweating bullets because there was no one to help us.Late at night the water was tepid but not hot. The Restaurant next door is very good (its the same owners)
It is located in a super centric area.
There is no lobby or common area. BEWARE at TERMINI STATION it is very UNSAFE. Lots of pick pocketers. Have your purses and bags totally closed and always in front of you.

Very nice place, the personnel was friendly and showed us all the interesting things to visit, the room was super clean and the little breakfast place next door was good. Right next to the train station, so it’s very simple to get out of the train and go to the hotel, but the area around feels a bit gritty.

The hotel is smaller than anticipated. Entry was difficult to find with little signage. Room was tiny and bathroom was barely large enough for my husband to move around in. Would say the largest benefit was the proximity to the central train station (esp. if you have luggage to carry with you to the hotel). Overall not a bad stay, just very much a 3 star minimalist boutique-style hotel.
