Quaint little boutique hotel, clean and attentive staff. Spent only night there awaiting travel home . Great value for the money

There was nothing wrong with the hotel at all. Very quiet, clean, and very nice staff. Great breakfast! The only issue is that I booked this place because it said it was only 15-20 minutes from all the major sights. However, it was more like a 40 min taxi or an hour by public transport. The bus stop is right outside of the hotel, but wish it would’ve been more accurate about distance from the city.

The ad was very misleading

Good evening Luis,We are sorry to learn about your experience only through these reviews, without having received any complaints during your stay. Only at the time of check out you told us that the shower was "splashing too much" and we easily fixed the problem in few minutes by replacing the shower head. Assisting guests during their stay is part of our job but it is difficult to solve any problem if we are not told. We found out about your problem with the air conditioning only through this review and we immediately checked whether there were actually any malfunctions without finding anything wrong, it would have been enough to ask us for help during your stay so we could check whether the air was simply turned off. I would like to point out that nowhere it say that we are 15 minutes from the Colosseum and that we have a restaurant (there are several restaurants nearby and we cooperate with a restaurant in front of our hotel, 30 meters away), I don't know where you read this information but you probably booked the wrong hotel among the various ones you searched for. For future travels I recommend you carefully check the services offered by the hotels and the location (google maps may help).Best regards,Silvia

The staff here were very kind and accommodating.
We had 5 adults in one room (room) and wondered how it would work out. There was plenty of space for everyone.
If we are ever in this general location , we would stay again without question.

Hotel was really just a stop off after a long road trip through Tuscany, several countries in Europe. Close to highway, on way back to Airport in Fumicino in the morning. Breakfast was fine.
