Excellent location on top of the Spanish Steps.
Lots of restaurants, shops all around.
Hotel was clean with central air and huge breakfast buffet.
Staff was very accommodating and very friendly.

Location to Spanish steps, shopping Metro and restaurants is ideal

Horrible hotel, rooms are from the 70’ies, small, dirty and above all “nothing like the pictures’

Having said that, I recognize that his room was small, but in the center of Rome, in a building built in the early 1800s, it can happen. This property was located right at the top of the Spanish Steps. A great location with blend of high end shopping and smaller boutique stores typical of tourist areas. Our room was located in the second building at the bottom of the Spanish Steps with much larger and more modern rooms than the main building (our travel companions were in the main building for comparison). The breakfast was decent and located in the main building. The staff was attentive and always willing to help out as needed. They recommended a golf cart tour company for us as a last minute addition to our trip that was awesome and they arraigned transportation from the hotel to the airport (FCO). I would stay here again if ever in Rome again.

Such a cute well positioned property. It felt more like a boutique hotel. Close proximity to everything. Would highly recommend.

The manager Daniel was amazing and all the staff. The location was great and the hotel cleanliness was impeccable. Will return next year.

The junior suite with balcony was seperate from hotel but just up steps for breakfast
Decor super and small balcony looking over the square
Convenient location to Spanish steps and shops
Staff very helpful and pleasant
