We booked this room for our last night before flying home from Rome/Italy. The hotel is a quick shuttle ride away from FCO. The hotel is located in a quiet area near the Fiumicuno beach. It is a quick walk to the beautiful beach and numerous restaurants and bars. However there is no shopping or other tourist attractions in the area. Our room was clean and comfortable and the provided breakfast was good.

This is a modest hotel that offers a rest stop to travelers to the Roma airport, and so much more. Drop your bags and walk to the beach, walk along and enjoy the light and views of the sea activities, have a drink at a beach club and head for dinner. Some excellent restaurants are present featuring local seafood and good selections of wine. Next day take a convenient shuttle to the airport. The staff are professional and efficient. The rooms are clean.

According to the advertisement there was supposed to be transportation from the Rome train station to the motel. The instructions were confusing and unclear. We wandered around the station for over an hour trying to find the shuttle bus. We finally had to take a taxi. In the morning there was no hot water. We had to request to go to another room to use the shower. The advertisement showed there was a vivewof the ocean. There was no view unless we craned our neck out the window to see the ocean.The staff was very accommodating and quite willing to help us out. My problem is with Expedia and their descriptions and pictures.

Dear Thomas,We apologize for not satisfying your requests. We had a problem with the water heating, now it is solved. The descriptions and hotel's pictures are absolutely real, it is written that we are 150 meters from the sea, you didn't write the truth!

The staff was warming, inviting. No problem to explain where to get anything. FYI, great cappuccino!! Just a GEM! Nice beach. looking forward to going again.

It was closed to the airport, unfortunately was far from the center of Rome.it was expensive to travel to the center of Rome. Breakfast was very good and most of all the staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful! The hotel is also very clean and it seemed like a safe area to walk along the pier.

Great staff, love the easy shuttle service, and close to the beach. Only neg is super thin walls so if your a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

Very close to the beach. Massimo very friendly snd helpful. We ate at a restaurant on his recommendation and it was delicious. The hotel provides transportation to and from the Fiumicino Rome Airport for 7 euros per person, which is an excellent deal. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend this hotel.
