The terrace was beautiful, the area was stunning, close to monuments and attractions and the staff was super helpful. The sleeping accommodations were incredible as well. Definitely worth the trip!!

A lovely hotel with excellent friendly helpful staff. The hotel decor is extremely nice but our twin bedded room was very small and basic. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, a large TV with no english speaking channels and the only mirror is in the bathroom. The hotel has a lovely roof terrace with a bar to sit on and serves an excellent breakfast. The hotel is in an really good area with a great selection of restaurants and supermarkets on the door step. Also very easy to get around the City with the Metro nearby.

Drains in the shower and washbasin were clogged, the staff didn’t put soap in the bathroom in three days, breakfast was not good, elevator was out of service and with many stairs to climb and heavy luggage to carry it sometimes can be challenging
For the price they should improve the installations

Dear Alvaro,I'm really sorry that you did not like our hotel, it never happenedthat the drains in the shower and washbasin cannot be clogged all together, in a maintenance operator who solves this kind of issues immediately. Concerning the soap you should have watched inside the drawer, we always put a double set inside. The building of the hotel is from the late 18th century and accordingly the elevator and the stairs, a modernisation is even forbidden by law.Anyway thank you for having been our guest, kind regards from RomeGiuseppe BellissimaùOffice manager

Great staff, decent location, and basic amenities. You get what you pay for and the staff were very nice and helpful.
